Terms

  1. The terms ‘I’, ‘my’, 'me', our, us refer to Lizzie Offen, owner of Lake Farm (also known as Lake Farm Days).

  2. The terms ‘you’ and ‘your’ refer to customers of Lake Farm Days.

Visiting The Farm

  1. Prior permission is required to visit the farm, and you enter at your own risk.

  2. I reserve the right to refuse entry to the farm.

  3. This is a working farm with livestock and rescue animals roaming the farm freely. I accept no liability for any injury you sustain while visiting the farm.

  4. I accept no liability for damage/lost/theft of your private property while you are visiting the farm.

  5. I accept no liability for any …. food allergies.

  6. Children must be supervised at all times.

  7. You are required to wash your hands with the hand wash/wipes/gel provided after handling anything in connection with the animals.

Payments & Cancellations

  1. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise below.

  2. Payments for courses and workshops are due in advance, and I accept payment via Bank Transfer or Cheque.

    1. Cheques must be posted to Lake Farm, New Barn Road, Sutton Valence, Kent, ME17 3EN prior to the course/workshop date, with enough time for the funds to clear in my account. If the funds do not clear in time your booking will be cancelled and your payment is non-refundable.

  3. If you fail to pay for a course or workshop in time without prior agreement, your booking will be cancelled.

  4. If you can no longer attend your booking and provide at least 48 hours notice, you may transfer your booking to a future date.

  5. if you can longer attend your booking and provide no notice, your booking is non-transferrable and any payment made is non-refundable.

  6. I reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time. If you have made a payment it will be refunded via Bank Transfer only. See Privacy Policy for more information.

  7. I reserve the right to refuse entry to the farm to attend a booking if I deem you to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Any payments made are non-refundable.
